In order to learn Call Storage, you must simply talk to the Storage Master npc located at the 1st floor of the [http://51.161.117.101/wiki/index.php/Main_Office|main Main Office in Fortessa]. Once you have learned the skill on any of your characters, all characters in that account will also have the skill.
