After turning into a booster, you will be a High Novice Lv 1
* To activate a booster you have to be 1x Baserate and 1x Jobrate

* Any and all battle manuals are disabled.
* Any and all battle manuals above 50% are disabled
* You cannot change your rates once you activated booster (@baserate/@jobrate commands will be locked)
