Fortessa Reef has a 7 days cooldown ( resets at mondays 00:01 ) or when a certain condition is met. Those conditions are:

# Finishing all 6 dungeons within a 7 day span will automatically remove the special "cooldown" - The cooldown is not like any normal cooldown, it does not prevent you from entering again. You may enter as many times as you want, however once you have killed 350 monsters of 1 dungeon you're "soft-locked" to this dungeon and your droprate on normal item drops are reduced by 90% - Same case may be said about the boss box.
