Overview
The event that enables players to procure 
Exchanger Card Album can only be activated through the War Effort. It has a duration of 24 hours. Players will be able to exchange unwanted cards (in the form of 
Devils AdvoCARD ) for ECA or purchase directly with zeny within the 24-hour period.
