Charleston Crisis Weapon Enchanting
Charleston Crisis weaponry can be enchanted at the Instance Manager standing in Fortessa. Each enchantment costs 15 Charleston Parts and each enchantment will give one random enchant. You can overwrite your existing enchantments by simply speaking with the NPC and paying another 15 Charleston Parts to enchant. There is no chance of breaking.

Excellion Items
First of all, speak with MARS_01 and supply it with
1 Old Fuel Tank to get both units up and running. Afterwards, MARS_01 will enchant your Excellion gears.
PLUTO_09 will make Excellion gears and produce reactor blueprints (enchants). For
10 Huge Metal Scraps and
5 Old Fuel Tanks , PLUTO_09 will give one of
Excellion Suit or
Excellion Wing at random.
