Call Storage is a custom skill of Shining Moon that allows you to open your storage from anywhere. Once learned, you will also gain access to the @storage command. This skill is an account wide unlock, learning it on one character will give the skill to all characters on that account.
Learning the Skill
In order to learn Call Storage, you must simply talk to the Storage Master npc located at the 1st floor of the Main Office in Fortessa. Once you have learned the skill on any of your characters, all characters in that account will also have the skill.
