This NPC allows you to reset your instance and daily quest cooldown.

How to
Your character needs to purchase at least one class slot from Class Mastery.
The class slot needs to be:
- Level 230 if your character has the 50% drop bonus (from leveling to 230 at 1x EXP rate).
- Level 250 if your character does not have the 50% drop bonus.
You can reset cooldown twice a day at most per character (one for each extra class slot).
Instance and daily quest cooldown can be reset separately.
Instance cooldown reset will reset the cooldown of all instance difficulties.
