• This NPC allows the dismantling of Otherworld Enigmatic Fragment into new materials which are used by the Otherworldly Enchanter.
  • Guarantees 1 ~ 3 Enigmatic Dust Type-4869 Small chance for it to become 4 ~ 5
  • A 3% chance to extract a Unstable Enigmatic Core from the Fragment

• Allows reforming an item from non-slotted into their slotted version.
• Only keeps refines.

• This NPC allows for Otherworldly items to remove a specific enchant based on your selection, which allows you to use the Enchantment UI to enchant that specific slot newly
