About
When you refine your equipment at +4 to +14 but do not use 
Blacksmith Blessing or refine ores that prevent breaking, and then have your equipment breaks, you can restore it at Item Restore Manager NPC (on the 2nd floor of the Main Office) (@go office, /navi lunarinn 159/63).
You can only restore ONE time a day, which resets at 00:01 server time everyday.
The log for item restoration resets at 00:01 server time on Monday (this means if you don't restore your equipment before that time, it will be lost forever).
Eligible Equipment
+4, +5, +6, +7, +8, +9, +10, +11, +12, +13 equipment that breaks during a refine attempt.
Anything outside of this range CANNOT be restored.
Cost
Cost is the same between armor, weapon, and shadow equipment.

How to
- Talk to Item Restore Manager NPC, choose Refinement Restoration → List all → Pick the item you broke.
- Pay the Blacksmith Blessing price.
- After that, your item will be mailed to you via RoDEX, open the Alt + ` menu, then choose Mail to access it.
- Note: If you haven't received the item, delete old mail and press the refresh button.
