Exchanger Card Album contains every card in game. Including mini boss, MvP cards.
The event that enables players to procure Exchanger Card Album can be activated through the War Effort. It has a duration of 24 hours. Players will be able to exchange unwanted cards (in the form of 
Devils AdvoCARD ) for ECA or purchase directly with zeny within the 24-hour period.
